Release this package on NPM

Since no one is here to help I decided to publish the (previously private) package myself. ~There is no license or any other legal documents so I would fork the repo and add BSD later~I'm stupid to find MIT, but first I will need to get the permission from the original repo owner who is presumably inactive...
