@grossmj I am unsure on which and what you are referring to? I am unsure about what exactly you are using to create the VM so it's a dark thing....

I have seen the next issue: https://github.com/docker-library/haproxy/issues/31#issuecomment-247680432 which makes sense of things, however, I think that there should be some notification or indication if the config file was actually changed...
