[Enhancement] Create time-based enable/disable add-on feature

Hi,

A very nice to have, would be to implement a time-based (user predefined) time of the day when the dark theme activate and deactivates.

Same for your other add-ons! Thx!

This would take some time (and also not a really important feature to me), so I will probably do this during the Winter break (December).

EDIT: Yeah no, maybe if I'm really bored one day
