a little bug of Annotator plugin in Obsidian v0.13.19

Every time the pdf is opened, it always stays at the highlighted position of the first label, and the mouse down will also fail. You must click "open as MD" in the upper right corner menu, and then click "Annotate" again to return to normal. Obsidian v0.13.19 每次打开pdf未见，总是停留在第一个标注高亮的位置，向下鼠标也会失效。必须点击右上角菜单“open as MD”之后，再重新点击“Annotate”，再能恢复正常。
