Can you change the fetch config key not from APP_KEY , maybe you can make a more dynamic publish config for each application by differentiating the env variable. used : php artisan vendor:publish --provider=. , and will create new file config in app/config/yourconfig because this can be a problem for application developers if you generate a key again in the env
