fix: prevent exposing routing of internal handlers

  • Update paths of exported routing to be prefixed with "public:", applies to the following:
    • @route
    • streamDeck.ui.current.fetch
    • streamDeck.ui.registerRoute
    • streamDeck.plugin.fetch
    • streamDeck.plugin.registerRoute
