strm file language setting does not working properly

Hi! I marked "strm file language" to be English | en, but it's still showing in my system as the original language: https://i.imgur.com/VZjHoWz.png

is there a way to make it show folders in english that I'm missing? thanks!

@shmizan Strm will not be using selected language if translation for that item does not exist. That happen sometimes for Anime.
