[arclite] two notifications when working with tar.gz

We take the big one tar.gz , sufficient for unpacking in the background. We enter it using the enter key, and a progress bar appears. Minimize the far2l window. After the archive open operation is completed, two notifications about the completion of the operation arrive instead of one.
