Cannot create folder in archive

Ubuntu 20.04, Far2l 2.3 20211212-c553b80. In zip archive F7 and MkFold button is not working. Maybe the problem is in command lines. Now command line for add files and folders is following: ^libarch A:zip %%A -@%%R {-cs=%%T} {-pwd=%%P} -- %%FMq4096
