这用了 python2 的print，我全改为 print()之后运行报这个错： sock.connect((host, port)) ConnectionRefusedError: [WinError 10061] 由于目标计算机积极拒绝，无法连接。 并且这个好像不支持嵌套数据集的下载
从3DTiles的json文件中递归获取文件，使用utf8格式存储json，兼容以 "uri" 作为内容地址的 key
