5 day forcast issue on docker image

I tried different ways to run the docker image from docker run to using a compose file and I also edited the index.js file inside the container but the 5 day forecast is still not working with an error code 403. I am using this on a docker container and I rebooted the whole docker server but still no dice Anybody have any idea why ?
