Support for RxJava 2.0

Hi, I've been using this library for a long time now and I think its really great. Do you have any plans on supporting RxJava 2.0?

Hi @xdgimf, I have no current plans but it should be pretty easy to do. I will have a look at setting up a v2 branch asap however feel free to contribute if I don't do it in the next few days ;]
