Can you upgrade your Pytorch version to the latest version? I think you might have PyTorch 2.0.0 and it seems there is an issue with our code in that version....

@fariduca I think some of our bounds are too tight for the distributions, this seems the same issue as you are experiencing. I am working on fixing this.
