Can you post the whole error message, please? I haven't encountered this problem before.

This due to the version of `scanpy`, the new release of scanpy.api.logging has no slot of msg.

There are two options, the first one is you can take the union HVGs of two datasets and the second one is that you used the intersection of two datasets'...
