Help required for creating an add-on

We would like to create an add-on for our static website hosting service https://www.clodui.com. I started with the add-on boilerplate repository, but for some reason, add-on I created is not listed in the WP2Static hosting service dropdown after it is installed successfully.

Could you please point me to any docs which explain add-on development process?

I saw comments in some of the issues suggesting to use v7. WordPress plugins directory has the version v6.6.7, where can I find v7?

So, I'm finishing off a few things with "Static HTML Output" plugin, but I should be very soon updating a few of the WP2Static add-ons to properly display in that "Add-ons" menu, so you can refer to that then (please star/follow this repo and all the add-on repos in https://github.com/WP2Static, like the boilerplate. I hope to get that sorted very soon.

Also, please feel free to introduce yourself and Clodui on https://staticword.press - I'm sure all users will be pleased to learn of new static hosting options!
