Featured image in a post is broken if you change theme (Hello >theme 2023)

@NAROLLES What's the difference between the "real image" and the "default one"?
Hello On this problem of May 2023...... We must understand by real image .... it is the image that you want to display and that you have selected in the media library and that the default image is the one called "replacement" in case of absence https://tinyurl.com/26rgzn7b I am very likely that the problem has been resolved since then. I have also noticed that there seem to be display issues at times on the featured image of a webp page https://tinyurl.com/2463zqb8 https://jardinerie-animalerie-fleuriste.fr/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/JAF-logo-SVG2022-1200-Jardinerie-Animalerie-Fleuriste.webp and I have noticed display and saving issues for images that have characters or symbols in their url such as quotation marks or other characters of this type .... I have not found an example to present to you today for this answer THANKS
