Abandoned cart trigger in PopUp builder

Prerequisites

• [ X] I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• [ X] The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro. ) Additionally it's missing in the beta 2.4 too.

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe. First of all, the PopUp builder is great. But I have some suggestions how to make it even greater. As you know, Abandoned Carts is a serious issue. It would be great if in the conditions for pop ups it would be possible to check 'If there are products in the cart'. When that's the case, for example on an exit event the pop up could be shown. It would be even better if it would be possible to show the contents of the cart by showing the 'products' grid (rather than for example the 'cart' widget from WooCommerce itself). So in the settings which products to show (Featured, Sale, Newest etc), 'In Cart' should be added.

With these two small extensions the PopUp builder would become a super toolkit to get more conversion in webshops. I see great possibilities with this new feature.

Describe alternatives you've considered Alternative would be an extra plugin for Abandoned Cart pop ups. But the beauty would be if it all would be in my favorite page builder.

Super necessary functionality for an e-commerce site. Functionality like this would massively increase conversion rate.

I look into how to solve this Basically it's very simple.

When you first established that WooCommerce is installed, you can check it with this code

    if ( WC()->cart->get_cart_contents_count() > 0 ) {
        $is_cart =  true; //or whatever code you want to insert

    }

+1 also what would be great is a trigger based on the subtotal cost of the items in the cart. so we can display different popups
