Wingpanel width not updating when switching primary display

What Happened?

The wingpanel is too wide or not wide enough when switching primary displays that have different widths.

Opening the applications menu sometimes updates the width.

Possibly related to #600 but that doesn't mention multiple displays.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have 2 displays of different sizes (ratio's), for example:

• 2880 x 1920 (3:2)
• 3840 x 2160 (16:9)

2. Open Display settings
3. Change primary display

The wingpanel seems to have the width of the display that was previously primary.

Expected Behavior

The width of the wingpanel adjusts to the new primary display.
