Strange or bad behavior in the color change
Wingpanel does not always set the color (both background, text) appropriate according to the wallpaper. For example, in the following image you can see what I'm talking about:
In this case, wingpanel could have set the background color completely transparent and the text in black, because the area in which it is located is practically white. This usually happens very often with many other wallpapers, so it would be very good if it were solved :(
This should have been fixed with: https://github.com/elementary/wingpanel/pull/208 Which was recently released: https://github.com/elementary/wingpanel/releases/tag/2.2.5 So are you sure you're up to date?
Could you include the wallpaper so we can reproduce this behaivior?
I just checked and I see that I have version 2.2.5, but still has the same behavior. Additionally, something I forgot to mention is that several wallpapers are noisy and the one I used in that screenshot is one of them

@peteruithoven my sincerest apologies. Honestly, I don't know why I didn't see your reply. Just today when I was checking some things in my Github account I saw this issue. I am currently no longer using elementary OS, BUT, if this can be of any help, here is the requested wallpaper:
