Support for hiding indicators

Coming from https://github.com/elementary/wingpanel-indicator-bluetooth/issues/59, we need a list of indicator ID's in a GSchema that will be indicators that are hidden. I'm not sure where the UI will be implemented for this, but this first step is mandatory.
