Playing a game in Web creates endless media controls

What Happened?

A ton of ghost media controls

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play Cookie Clicker
2. Over time a bunch of new media controls will be added

Expected Behavior

• [ ] Media controls should probably not be added for sound effects. Maybe we should have like a 1s timeout before adding a media controls widget to make sure its a stream and not a sound effect
• [ ] Media controls should be cleaned up automatically somehow. I'm not sure if there's something on Web's side that is signaling that the player is done and we're not listening to that or if there's some other way we can automatically clean up players. Maybe some way the web process is identified?
