raise notification when no sound can be played
Problem
Sometimes, sound gets played by user when there is no way to output it User may have forgot to connect a speaker, a bluetooth headset, or to restore sound, or there is something wrong with the ability to play sound.
Proposal
Notify the user when there is a MPRIS client starting to play sound, and there is one of the following: -No audio output device -Sound is on mute -Soundlevel is at 0 -There is no audio card?

I like the idea, recently something like that happened to me, I went to a meeting and I did not realize that I turned off the sound, they were talking about the meeting and I did not even notice, it would be good to send some kind of notification when this kind of cases happen.
