Pause sound playing when audio output device changes

Problem

When speakers or headphones are disconnected (No battery left, or user action), the music keeps playing

When a device connects, there is not enough time to change volume, it immediately musics. When a device connects via BT by accident, it immediately musics as well

Proposal

Pause all when output device change detected, leave user to decide when to proceed

Prior Art (Optional)

The feature exists on Android... I dont know if theres a setting for that? It feels pretty nimbre
