Tooltip disappears while scrolling over indicator icon

Problem

It's not critical at all, but would be good to have it implemented some day :)

The tip appears while hovering over the sound icon and stays visible until you move the mouse cursor out of it. If I change the volume while keeping mouse in - the tip overlaps the notification with audio volume progressbar. It's not critical, as both of the popups stay readable. But the strange behavior appears when changing the volume at the same time:

• with keyboard - the tip doesn't flicker and is simply changing the volume percent;
• with mouse scrollwheel - the tip flickers for every volume level change;
• with touchpad 2-finger scroll - the tip disappears and only the notification stays visible.

Proposal

I think the tip behavior should be always the same. The best as for me, despite the overlapping, is the behavior with keyboard-changing volume with hotkeys when both popups stay visible, properly change their content and are not flickering.
