Indicator icon blurry on HiDPI

Describe the bug

After changing the display from LoDPI to HiDPI, the notification indicator icon will be blurry until something forces it to redraw (such as a notification, or turning off/on do not disturb).

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start in LoDPI mode.
2. Go to System Settings > Displays
3. Choose "Pixel Doubled"
4. Observe the indicator icon.

Expected behavior

Indicator icon should be crisp.

Platform Information

• OS: elementary OS
• OS Version: Juno
• Hardware info: Virtual machine in VMware Fusion on Mac
