Ethernet toggle not sensitive

Something must've changed recently in the daily PPA, my ethernet controller is displayed in the list, but the button is insensitive. Everything works alright in the network plug.

Fresh install.

@matzipan do you have an Ethernet cable connected? I believe it's disabled if nothing is connected. Also, still reproducible? :stuck_out_tongue:

As it turns out, yes, the issue is because I do not have an ethernet cable connected.

But this is still problematic. Because I might want to enable/disable the interface even if I don't have an ethernet cable connected.
