public train wifi crashes panel
What Happened?
Tried connect to train wifi Panel restarts Still no connection
(Also I couldn't do a system update since it stopped at 66%)
Steps to Reproduce
connect to train wifi (with typical popup for license agreement as in many public wifis, so those should replicated it as well)
Expected Behavior
Normal Wifi Connection Process (public wifi)

8.x (Circe)
OS Architecture
amd64 (on most hardwares)
Session Type
Classic Session (X11, This is the default)
Software Version
Older release (I have not run all updates)

Can confirm this. Had this multiple times with different public networks. Had to connect via Settings.
