Don't show a message when manually disconnecting

indictor-network shows a message I am disconnected from a wifi network if

• I manually disconnect a wifi network
• I connect to an wifi network while being connected to another wifi network

User isn't studid. He doesnt need a second message.

Expected Behavior:

Don't show a message if user changes something manually.
