When I slide the button off WiFi, WiFi will not be able to open it again. The state of the WiFi interface has been kept unavailable.

I use a Wireless Network Adapter of Realtek Semiconductor Corp. RTL8188EUS 802.11n . this problem can be solved temporarily by this command:rm /var/lib/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.state

and It's strange that I have a another 3070 network card doesn't have this problem.
