Make nav-bar sticky to for easy acces to user

Problem

Actually, I am scrolling through the website but then I saw that the Navbar is not sticky which make user to go again all the way up to navbar to see the options.

Proposal

Basically when user go at the bottom of website it should able to see the navbar with all options.
