Get Involved page anchors don't go to section on page.

What Happened

The page anchors, rainbow color buttons, at the top of the Get Involved page are supposed take the user to a corresponding section of the page immediately after clicking on it.

Expected Behavior

Clicking on the anchor should take user to the section on the page instantaneously.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click link
2. Nothing happens

This works fine for me, I wonder if this is specific to Safari. I will try to work through a test.
