When a page has multi-screen content, the operation is not friendly, such as this page (https://elementary.io/zh_CN/get-involved), I want to go back to the top of the page or in the middle More operation.

I don't think other pages are as long as the Get Involved page, so a solution specific to that page should be fine. Could probably anchor the buttons in the hero to the top while scrolling
