Add icon names for Launcher actions

Problem

Launcher actions should have icons so they can be easily identified in search, and in the future keyboard shortcuts

Proposal

We should add icon names for:

• [ ] new window: window-new
• [ ] new root tab: maybe dialog-password? But we probably just need a custom icon for this
