Remove window bar in fullscreen mode

Problem

The terminal used to fill the whole screen when in full-screen mode (f11). This isn't the case any longer.

Proposal

Make sure the terminal covers the whole screen when in full-screen mode by removing the window border (especially the top window bar with close and maximize buttons).
