Support locking a terminal window/tab as "Read only"

GNOME's terminal does this and it's super useful when running a command you don't want to accidentally interrupt.

Should be exposed via context menu/right click.

Setting "Allow Pinning" with dynamic notebook seems to work just fine. The problem is that there are no "favicons" for these processes so currently the tab is just blank. How does GNOME Terminal handle naming the tab?

@danrabbit it doesn't look like this has anything directly to do with the tab widget; it's just a setting in GNOME Terminal's menu that prevents any input on that tab. It stays full-width and doesn't look like it signifies it on the tab in any way. I imagine a symbolic lock icon would work for us if we wanted to implement this.
