tab-bar-behavior setting needs Terminal to restart to be applied

If you open a Terminal window and go change the tab-bar-behavior setting through dconf-editor, Terminal's window won't apply your changes immediatly. Changes are applied on next start of Terminal while there should be a live update of them.
