Hi, this is probably because of NextCloud 21's new Trash feature in the Tasks app. There is a proposed fix upstream in NextCloud server for this, but has yet to be merged. There is also a workaround from the NextCloud admin interface for the time being. You can find more details regarding this here: https://github.com/nextcloud/tasks/issues/1685
