Add a way to choose the low/critical battery level alerts

Feature

Currently there is no option to control battery level alerts. If I'm right there is a low battery level notification at 15% or 10% and a very low / critical battery level notification at 5%

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great to have an option to choose the battery level alerts. I would personally set up something like 20% for low battery level and 10 % for critical.

Existing work

This feature exists on Windows. Don't know it it's available in other Linux distributions.
