Wireguard configs added with wg-quick should not duplicate on repeated wg-quick up / down calls

What Happened?

Ran wg-quick up home, did some web browsing. After I was done, I ran wg-quick down home to close the wireguard connection Then I needed to access the web again so I ran wg-quick up home again

Afterwards, the same connection was added to the VPN config panel two times

Expected Behavior

The connection should only exist once
