Airplane mode switch does not change when mode changed with wingpanel

What Happened?

Launched Settings/Network while airplane was "on". The settings switch also showed "on". Middle clicked on the wingpanel icon to turn airplane mode to "off". Settings switch remained in the "on" position. The same also happened if starting in airplane mode "off".

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Settings/Network
  2. Change the airplane mode using the wingpanel middle-click action
  3. Observe that the Settings/Network switch is unchanged.

Expected Behavior

The Settings/Network switch should update to the correct setting if the airplane mode is changed externally while Settings/Network is open.
