Manually launch capnet-assist

In case the network requires reauthenticating, we could add a way to sign into the Captive network (I.e. just launch capnet-assist) from within the plug.

a network could be marked as always captive portal authentication

Some co-working spaces I'm in have that — even with WPA2 secured networks
