Rename from networking to network

We have wingpanel-indicator-network, why do we have switchboard-plug-networkING too?

  • [ ] The meson project name is still networking,
  • [ ] the debian package is still called switchboard-plug-networking,
  • [ ] translation files are called networking-plug,
  • [ ] and it's still referred to as the Networking Plug in the README.md file.

We have networking for plug because I remember there was some issue with registering plug-network on Launchpad so we decided to just go with networking and it remained like that, both on the project page and in packaging.

It looks like the repository was renamed without doing the rest of the work.

  • The meson project name is still networking,
  • the debian package is still called switchboard-plug-networking,
  • translation files are called networking-plug,
  • and it's still referred to as the Networking Plug in the README.md file.

This is causing inconveniences for me when packaging this for fedora, because the generated tarball for the release is using the new repository name, and not the expected project name.

If you want to go through with renaming this project, please go all the way, then I'll also rename the fedora package (which is a tedious process). If you don't, it would be really nice if you could undo renaming the repository for the time being (until the renaming process can be done in one go).
