Add cache for firmware updates

Problem

At the moment files are downloaded every time. There is no caching mechanism.

Proposal

Add a cache for downloaded files:

• firmware updates
• firmware release details like images for instructions to set device into update mode

Prior Art

fwupd provides checksum for most files.
