Files Properties-Permissions buttons are illegible in many low contrast displays

Problem

As can be seen in the following image, the pressed indicator is difficult to read in low contrast displays. Even with a proper display, I would argue, it is not easily read the button's state.

Proposal

Colour

I propose a pressed button to display an accent colour such as Blueberry 300#64baff. I believe this will increase contrast and readability. However, I am not a designer and would love any input.
