Dragged listbox row is missing foreground color in light mode

What Happened?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open "Web" (Epiphany)
2. Scroll down to "Languages" in "General" tab
3. Drag a language row in light mode

Expected Behavior

Dragged text content remains visible just like in dark mode.

Classic Session (X11, This is the default)
