Scroll bar trough assumes a square container

What Happened?

Scroll bar troughs assume a square container and have square corners that touch the end of the scrolled window. This looks bad in places where scrolled windows aren’t bound by a container such as in popovers or more flat designed apps

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Music 7
2. Fill up the queue
3. See the scroll bar trough at the top right where it sits against the “edge” of the titlebar

Expected Behavior

We should probably float troughs away from the scrolled window edges and round them so that it looks nice regardless of what the container shape is or if it’s visible at all
