Make a SaveDialog as WindowHandle from libhandy

It would be useful if the savedialog could be handle in the screen as the primary screenshot section. Some times I need to move the dialog to drag and drop the screenshot image preview to other app.

I think that this could be good but it might be a bit overkill like it is with calculator
