AppChooser: more interactive AppCenter link

Problem

When there are no apps available for a content type, there’s a placeholder that mentions AppCenter, but there’s no interactive way to launch AppCenter or get to a meaningful list of suggested apps

Proposal

It should be easy to launch AppCenter here, preferably with a filter already in place to show a list of relevant app suggestions

I think it shouldn't be too intrusive, maybe only show it if there aren't any apps that by default open said file format
