merge tags and albums to "colored albums"

Photos should be very very simple to use and avoiding as much options/configuration as possible. Actually tags and albums are very similar. Both group photos, both appear in the sidebar. Merging both would mean less options for the user. Then we would have one (but effective) way to group our photos.
