Photo Viewer can't open certain panorama jpegs

Describe the bug

When opening certain image files, the image pane stays black.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download this photo: https://treescloud.online/s/doXKikA8eDSwPfw
2. Open with Photo Viewer

Expected behavior

The image should be visible.

Logs

Can't provide any logs at this time since I don't even know which executable to run from the command line. :man_shrugging:

Platform Information

• [ ] I'm using the latest version from git that I've manually compiled
• [x] I'm using the latest released stable version

Additional context

It seems most programs can't deal with this type of file. GIMP can do it though.
